This is the Patio de las Ollas in the residence of Pritzker Prize recipient Luis Barragan. I visited the house in 1986; it was sheer luck that my job gave me the opportunity. If I could have any place on earth, this would be it; I'd read in the library and use the architecture studio for painting and furniture refinishing.
