Apartment problem — I.'s room

I.'s room needs a whole re-hab. Two-thirds of it will be a dressing room and study, the remainder a bed nook. The way these bookcases and the incorporated door are shown here might work very well there. (Not, not the bright bedspread though. Ugh.) Will post the floorplan in a bit — or not. I am so lazy about this apartment thing. I didn't use to be like this.

Geez, why can't I get myself to get a contractor over here? The bathroom is a disgrace and I.'s room sure needs to be reconfigured so that it will work for him. Plus, the dining room floor. And the wiring for the washer/dryer. Well, now that I am looking at this list, it's no wonder I am afraid of the renovation.
